Maintaining your right to privacy is of paramount importance to me, therefore I give you this assurance.
- All the information collected from applicants, either from the award application form or from emailed requests, will only be used for processing the award application!!

- All information contained in the application form or in the Email will remain strictly confidential. It will not be sold, given or in anyway divulged to anyone. However, the applicant agrees that I place a link to his or her site.

- The entire application, including all the information contained therein, will be destroyed immediately after the application and award process is complete. this will include email addresses.

- No information will be collected from children under the age of 16 (coppa). If a child under the age of 16 applies for an award all information will be deleted immediately.

Note: This does not apply to information entered into my Guestbook as this is correctly considered as public domain. Anyone who enters my site has the ability to read the information you have entered. It is strongly recommended that NO personal information (address or phone #)is written in the book as I will delete the entry immediately.
This statement excludes private entries in the guestbook, they will be treated as above.
